It seems fitting to kick off the Great Northwest Blog with something like this. Defeat the post-holiday slump by taking in one or several of these free activities offered through the Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department. Great for kids on midwinter break, too! All the events are free, including live music, horse-drawn wagon rides, indoor ice skating, swimming, rock climbing, and more!
